Intro to Athlete Leadership Course

Join us for our Intro to Athlete Leadership Course on October 25 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Sport Manitoba (for Winnipeg and surrounding athletes) and January 31 from 9:00am – 2:00pm on Zoom (for all other regions)!
In this session, athletes will learn about:
- Governance and decision-making
- Using social media responsibly
- Healthy lifestyle habits
- Speech writing and public speaking
This course is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn how to share your Special Olympics story with potential athletes, volunteers, and donors.
Additional training is required following this session.
