DESCRIPTION:Returning for 2026\, the Winnipeg Guns N’ Hoses Charity Hockey Challenge—presented by 92.1 CITI\, Access Credit Union\, and Smitty’s—brings members of the Winnipeg Police Service and the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service together on the ice in support of our community. This exciting charity event strengthens the connection between Winnipeg’s first responders and the community\, while providing an action-packed and family-friendly experience in downtown Winnipeg. \nProceeds from the event will benefit three outstanding local charities: Project 11 (50/50 sales)\, the Never Alone Cancer Foundation (represented by the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service)\, and Special Olympics Manitoba (represented by the Winnipeg Police Service). Each team will compete on behalf of their chosen charity\, with funds raised divided in a 60/40 split between the participating organizations.
